What an odd thing to say. If you measure it why would you change it?
Actually measuring it takes less time than describing how it is done
and it removes all doubt.

Ears can work but not all of them say the same thing to their owners
and latency fixer does not operate as a continuous controller so it
requires a lot of messy trial and error and stopping and starting
between every pass before you get it right. Doing the
"Science" (measuring) is not messy at all you measure it and then
you
know what is going on in addition to having learned something
valuable and quantifiable about your system.
