I also live in CE and was simply setting GMT+1 system time via Tray Clock back to GMT, then after rebooting (!) ES1 authorisation worked fine. Setting the Time to GMT +1 will NOT work, because... it´s always set to GMT +1 on my PC as I live in central europe... ;-) but ES-1 installation failed, so this workaround doesn´t seem to work on every machine, because if it would work, i wouldn´t have had this problems.
