;-) Best Regards, Matt
Hi,
Logic stopped crashing several a day, when I started to use the MBP internal
drive, instead of the external LaCie :( It's altogether much better, but I'm
still not sure whether the problem was because i was daisy chaining from:
1/ FW400(MPB) to FW400(Fireface) then FW800(Fireface) to FW800(HD)
2/ FW400(MPB) to FW400(HD) then FW800(HD) to FW800(Fireface)
There was definitely a bottleneck somewhere, as sometimes Logic would crash
from the moment I'd press start, depending on the number of tracks, in the
intro.
Since it's working much better now, I'm either considering getting a faster
internal drive or a better external HD, like the Glyph GT050 for instance.
Only, I'm not 100% certain that the problem came form the LaCie...maybe,
it's only a connectivity issue.
Cheers,
Patrick
