Hi Murray,
Thank you so much for this seemingly innocuous but brilliant solution! Like
yourself, all my crash problems (so far) seem now to have disappeared after
using TweakUI to disable active desktop, scrolling menus etc. Amazing! I
feel a bit stupid, actually, for not trying this earlier but thanks again
for drawing that little (but very important) utility to everyone's
attention.
Not only that, but (as if to spite my last, albeit light hearted, jibe about
it) the new Yamaha SW1K ASIO drivers (2.30) now seem to work in LAWP 4.1.1
(without adjusting the clock, turning the computer upside down or anything)!
I am now VERY much happier...
I hope these things (where appropriate) work for others on the LUG.
