Hi again:-) Well, I'm thinking about this every day at the studio... I'm really missing the ability to link faders of the soundcard and Logic. It was called "Direct ASIO monitoring" in os9/PC days. So easy and just one fader for each track (now two, one in Logic, one in Totalmix (the mixer for Fireface)) About a year ago there were some talk about implementation of it under core audio. I recall somebody (John Pitcairn/ F-erenc Szabo?) informing it is possible in the specs of core audio...? Maybe this is one of the features of the new Apogee Ensemble interface...
