Speaking of 'rules', nothing I do can get Apple Mail to pick out the LUG mails when they arrive - for some reason it doesn't see the "LUG" in the subject line, or the logic-users email address in any of the mail categories. How did you set up a rule that actually "sees" the LUG mail? My rules are working for other mail - I tend to use background colours to identify the different mail, which makes it easy to sort and see. cheers Ian
