They all should be fine for everyone. If you exchange a file with another person and find out that for example he really can't read the format you used, you can still easily convert it without any quality loss (it's all the same audio data, just with different headers). SDII has the added advantage that it can contain region/song position information, but keep in mind that this is not done automatically. If you want your regions to be visible in the SDII file, select it in the audio window and choose "write region information to file" or something like that (Logic normally keeps that information in the song-file and leaves the region information in the SDII files untouched).
