I have a pre-recorded midi file whose notation is off by half a bar per bar - meaning what should be 1 bar of music is reading as 1-1/2 bars. I know about adjusting tempo by region length, but that's something different - I need to be able to change where the bar markers are, not the tempo - This is probably something terribly obvious, but I'm missing it.
