I also use the AMT8 which I find great. i also use a Proteus 2000 and a Proteus 1 with midi - they are just two units I like despite the fact that i use a lot of Audio instruments. I have done all the 'cs' updates to date - and like you say i think the Digi 002 is a great sounding device and i still want to use it. Maybe if i used the Digi 002 for Midi that may help...
