Always made perfect sense in ver. 3.7. MIDI works fine. > Also, no sound from any of the virtual instruments. Are you using Built-in audio for sound out?I've found when I use a M Audio Mobile Pre that even though I have the input set to Mobile pre and Output set to built-in audio, I don't get a sound. I have to use the Mobile Pre sound output to hear anything, regardless of what's selected in AMS. You might try doing the same with your Firebox.I don't know whether my situation is an Audio MIDI Setup bug or an M-Audio problem but I've had it with all versions of Panther and Tiger. HTHRog.
