I manually save after every critical progression, or cluster of critical progressions. Sometimes it's not a simple matter of saying to the client "I have to redo that last several minutes of work but I won't bill you for it". Sometimes lots of interaction went into creating a progression that just can't be recreated, not to mention actual recordings. Obviously I wouldn't care if Logic eventually had this auto save feature, but I would never turn it on. Learning how to constantly save via keycommand doesn't suck up any creative flow. I watched several people at computers make saving into an arduous task by hunting for it in the menu with the mouse. f-erenc szabo, smarty pants Z+E+R+O+B+E+A+T "NOW POWERED BY THE MIRACLE OF THE TRANSISTOR!" <http://home.goodmedia.com/~zerobeat>
