EXS loads very fast once you've linked the samples and programs. But I'd recommend that you try Redmatica (www.redmatica.com) EXSmanager's SampleMerge function. It consolidates programs with lots of samples into one file, and as a result even the largest VSL multilayer Performance Legato progams load in less than ten seconds on a G5. Most programs load in a couple of seconds.
