Take the subfolders from the CD (the sub folders should contain the sample groups, but I'm not sure) and drop them into the loop browser in Logic, and when it asks where you want to copy them, select your internal drive. Make sure you have enough room though (a cd should be no more than 700 meg or so, a DVD could be up to 4.4 gig) or you could mess up your drive.
