Hi, I just bought and installed a new 828MKII and am having troubles launching Logic 6.4.3 My set up prior was using a Layla 20bit pci card, and all worked fine. This card is still in my G4 (800 Mhz (1Proc)), and I'm running OS 10.2.8 (Jag). What happens when try to launch Logic is once it get's to the "initiallizing Core audio" part, it beach balls forever.. Then I force quit.. I went into Audio Midi set up and made sure that the Motu unit was selected instead of the Layla card as The Default Input. I'm currently running the Disk Utility and "Repairing Disk Permissions". I also thought I'd remove the old Autoload file in the Logic folder to see if it would work... Any thoughts on what to do to fix my initial set up woes? Thanks a lot for any input in advance! Adam
