Fred, I've been searching high & low for something along the same lines but all seem to be expensive ROMplers which lean towards dance music rather than basic rhythms. I've been using Drumtrax which I downloaded for $50 (http://www.drumtrax.com). Its a collection of midifiles which has a file librarian associated with it which takes some of the pain out of finding styles/grooves etc. It's not the best but it forms good templates if you want to work quickly. I find I just use it to get the basic rhythms in place & then adapt them to suit. It works fine for me as I use it alongside drum kits set up for EXS24 with GM mappings. Cheers, Mark
