When I was involved in development of huge software with big teams, all bugreports were summarized in long lists of problems, then assigned to people or groups of people and worked on together for the next release (or later if it's too much or too difficult to find). The first few steps of this bug gathering is fully automated. So while it's unlikely that one crash report will result in either a response from Apple or a dedicated software update, you can rest assured that it's in their databases and has more chance of getting through to the right people than just shouting "Logic 7 sucks!" to a user group. ;o) Maurits.
