Meanwhile I found this at the Spectrasonic's FAQ that fixed the problem for me: "Go to <user>/Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics and get information on the Spectrasonics folder by highlighting the Spectrasonics folder, holding the Apple key and pressing I. Under Ownership and Permissions, please make sure that the Spectrasonics folder has Read and Write access" But I still have a funny time with RMX in Live 4 ;-D the RMX installer put the AU plug-in in the Green Oak Software folder, together with the Crystal synth. Odd. Anyway, after some looking around I found it at that location.
