JP JP - something is wrong then. I'm holding off on a move to v7 because I've heard its not stable yet. I use 6.3.x on a variety of machines and my own dual 1.8 G5 leaves all the G4s standing. Loads of tracks (though thats not what its all about!) I'd be tempted to see if you can use 6.x with your v7 dongle. Dave
