I've contacted with logic pro support (http://www.apple.com/support/logic/) and open a consult. They sent me several codes for activate my Xskey but none of them has worked. Finally they sent me an e-mail saying than my Xskey is broken and than they will sent me a new Xskey, but I don´t received it yet. The result: I've received Logic Pro 7 nearly a month ago and I cannot use it (and there are more: I've waited a month for receive my upgrade from the apple store, then due to an incomplete address in the parcel, it has arrived with 10-12 days of delay (after of complain to the transport company), and apple Store never noitify me than the parcel was in transit, I've tracked it via web)). Sincerely I'm regretful for spend my money in the upgrade. Is this the acclaimed apple support? A more possitive thing: if you phone to Applecare possibly you get a more fast reply. ( I cannot phone to Applecare, the phone support is in english, german or french, but I'm spanish and I cannot spoke english (I read english, write with some problems, but I don't understand it if you speak me).
