Excuse me, instead of talking about taking Apple down with lawsuits, why don't more people try if the above sequence of steps causes the same behaviour and then send the report off to Emagic support. That would be constructive and maybe help make the software better. I seriously think that Emagic isn't swamped enough with bug reports and such and the Beta-testers (sorry guys, I know there are a lot on the list) probably don't work the way some people who are under time pressure do, have the client sitting next to them or have "bad" habits as to the way they expect software to function or to misuse it to get unexpected results. I oftentimes feel I'm a Betatester myself with having paid a couple of thousand dollars for this software, and being treated by support like I'm using the software for the first time. I think the kind of communication we would like to have with Emagic is respectful and customer oriented instead of marketing oriented and that's what we have right now. Because it's much easier to market new features than the removal of bugs. Jeremy, on the new LUG-site, will there be some form of polling/petition thing that collects requests / reports and thereby makes it easy for the users to monitor progress, communication and above all an open ear on the behalf of Emagic? I don't think it's in anyones interest to have this software go away due to a lawsuit that won't help anyone... Cheers Hans
