The list of plugs that have this problem is extensive and not restricted to
the companies you have listed above. I'm having exactly the same problem
with the updated Waves waveshell as I was with the old one. The problem is
caused by a fault in Logic not the plug ins but only certain plug ins
trigger it. Emapple are aware and are working on a fix. The fact the
Spectrasonics have, in collaboration with Apple, updated a brand new product
to avoid the problem, as a temporary solution til apple sort their own
problems out, is a testament to the quality of not just their programming
but their commitment to their customers. Remember that they programmed this
aspect of the fix purely to help out us Logic users. The problem does not
affect other AU hosts. It's a shame that you are so quick to run down such
dedication. I have yet to be able to find fault with their attitude to
problems and as we know, every software company produces bug, the class acts
are the ones that deal with it quickly and responsibly.
