I'm all warm and fuzzy ;-)
Thanks. I like helping out, and the benefit for me is I get to learn as
well. And while I can't speak for anyone else, i imagine they all feel
the same way.
I love Logic, and will stand firm with my assertion that there is no
better app for music creation, bar none... No one touches the midi,
ease of use (once you "get" how Logic thinks), and fluidity of use
and
function.
Mixing, that's another issue, and Logic has a way to go before I'll use
it to do final mixes. No delay compensation, with a UAD-1 and
Powercore, make mixing an exercise in math, not music. It shouldn't be
this way, and Apple (strange saying that after the eMagic name for so
long) MUST rectify this issue. It should be the #1 priority, in my
opinion.
I look forward to L7, and I'm really looking forward to creating a
tutorial for it.
I love playing with this stuff, figuring out how to use it the best,
fastest, easiest ways to get the thing I want done with it: to get the
music out of my head with the least "stuff" in the way.
See ya all in the new L7. It looks cool to me.
George
PS Now if I could just find a way to convince Apple to "give" me a
copy, rather than having to pay for it...
