Currently, on audio tracks, I have to unfreeze, edit, refreeze (600 hundred times!). And with AI's the regions are midi, but at some point in production I need to work with and edit waveforms. Plus, with Audio Instruments like Spectrasonics, which take >30 seconds each to load up when opening a song, a 'bounce in place' would let me remove the Instrument from the song, greatly reducing load times on most of my songs (which can take up to 5 minutes to open). There're other reasons too, but for me those 2 alone are worth implementing the feature. u b i k
