First of all, I'm a developer and not involved in marketing, so I can only give you my private opinion. Logic Pro 7 is the biggest upgrade we ever had and worth every single penny. Even if you have upgraded to Pro 6 yesterday. There are so many new features and enhancements. Buying external plug-ins which might have only an approximate feature set would sum up to at least $1000. So why should you be jealous of someone who hasn't upgraded to Pro 6?
