Unfortunately you must send it midi the old fashioned way (out of one midi interface and into the other) and the output must be brought into the Mac traditionally as well...I used the adat outputs of a RME card on the PC side to the adat inputs on my Metric Halo MIO. There is no way to currently use Ethernet to do this in a cross platform fashion...you can do it PC to PC and Mac to Mac, but you cant mix it up unfortunately. You might be able to do this with SX and system link, but not using logic. Suffice to say, it worked, but I found it annoying to have to switch platforms and machines just to make changes to a plugin.
