I don't think so, because the resolution in video editing is restricted by the frame rate, or rather the filed rate (twice the frame rate), which is 20ms for 25fps video. Anything outside this grid is nonexistant in videoland and because you'd have to have a *very* good reason to cut at half frames (sorry, matching the music does *not* fall into this category) you'd usually stick with 40ms resolution. This would certainly give the 'Why is editing in the Arrangement not sample accurate ?'-discussion a new twist.
