That's latency. Playback music comes out of Logic. New music goes in
and out again and this way is longer.
There is something to tweak in Logic - buffer sizes, plugin delay etc
but I don't believe you'll get completely rid of it. Turn off software
monitoring in Logic and get the recording signal to the phones before
it goes into Logic and back. Some audio interfaces have "direct input
monitoring" for that. Maybe you have a mixer, a guitar amp with a
separate output or an other device where you can "steal" the input
signal.
An old mini-mixer does the job very well in my studio. It collects the
Logic playback (special monitor mix), the recording signal and a
talkback micro and sends it to the phones. Results are better with good
monitoring.
