Subject: Logic Express and Transformer objects
Message #169615
Hi there I've been trying to automate softsynth parameters in Logic Express 6.4 using a MIDI controller (Novation ReMOTE 25). I've found some really good info in the Logic-User archives, and elsewhere on the net, about building "Transformer" objects in the environment to convert CC movements into Logic's Fader format. I can't find these "Transformer" objects in the environment's "New" menu, so I'm assuming they're not included in Express. Is this the case, or am I missing something? Is there a workaround? Am I being a donut? Can I really not use hardware faders with Logic Express? Any info or help appreciated. Thanks. Jim
