OMF 2. Making one file with all the audio included. Make sure you
select all before you do the save as.

Not from Logic. Just use the freeze function. Heck, you can even do a
32 bit freeze, as Nuendo 2 PREFERS 32 bit files.

PS (Unless I have some kind of Magic Mac, and I can tell you from my
