Have you cleared the file, and reloaded it to your song? Don't erase from disc, just go to your audio window, press clear, and don't erase when the prompt comes up. Than, go to your import audio menu, and reload it into logic. Should do a new overview. Just make sure you know the exact bar and beat for where the file is supposed to go back to. That's about the best thing can think of off the cuff..
