Subject: audio file overview trouble
Message #167646
hello folks, I have done some recordings today where one of my files failed to create an overview meta-file(?). The end result is that this one file doesn't show waveform information in the Arrange Window but plays its contents well. I think I had to initiate a new recording while this overview was being generated and Logic didn't like that too much. FYI, double-clicking on this region opens up the audio sample window with a good waveform. Logic's Help indicates that a simple [Audio Window -> Audio Files -> Create/refresh overview] on that file should get me up and going, but that hasn't worked at all. Currently I'm recording audio files as SD-II files, in case this hints someone with the problem, and better yet, with the solution.
