For the Mbox there is no standalone driver for Windows 2000 or NT 4.0.
If you wanna use an Mbox with Pro Tools or any other program you have
to upgrade to Windows XP!
Mbox isn't and never was supported by Windows 2000 and NT4.0.
For full compatibility info check this link.

There you'll also see that the ASIO and Wave drivers are XP only!
For info on the ASIO driver see.

For info on the WAVE driver see/

Logic Audio 5.01 is the latest version that has been tested with Mbox
so you can't predict how it will do on 5.5.
I suggest you search for an alternative if you don't want to upgrade
your OS and don't wanna take the risk to possibly get issues with Logic
5.5 since it has never been tested with Mbox.
Best of luck!
