There is a quick workaround until Emagic fixes this: Make sure you have a key command for <Pickup Clock> Set the SPL to the marker, select the desired file/region/event and hit the pickup clock command. The selected sequence/event will jump to the SPL position. I often drag audio or sequences to positions later than where I need them, then use this trick to position them to my current location - very useful when doing movie cues or working to picture.
