If (and it's a big if) your sound card can be clocked digitally at an arbitrary sample rate, and you have a digital device with a speed control you can clock to, you can slave to that and adjust the speed on the master. I seem to recall doing this with an Audiowerk clocked to some kind of DAT machine (I think). A DJ CD player with speed control & digital out might work.
