I called support and they basically blew me off and told me to bring it
to Compuzone where someone could test to see whether it was hardware or
software and then I would be charged if it was software.
My guess is that the guys at the store know about the CHUD tools and may
be able to temp. fix it and get me to pay a bill even when the issue is
still hardware, just that a software tweek could temp. help.
What do you think the best course of action is? Can I just buy a new
power supply from someone and fix this?
Thanks again.
