Subject: OS X Beginner with Logic
Message #165733
Hello, I've just installed Logic 6 Pro on a Powerbook G4 1,5 Ghz with 1 Go DDR. I launch Logic in demo mode waiting for a key. When I load Emagic plug-ins or Wave 2.V via VSAU adapter, I can play those instruments without problems. I can't load Moog Modular V with a message : Core Audio : Not enough memory to open plug-in (-10108). I used MMV on my PC with Logic 5.5 and it worked fine. I could load a second one and another plug-ins without any problem with the same memory (1 Go DDR). Is there a parameter in Logic for Mac about this problem ? Just for information, when I bought the Mac, I also bought a MOTU 828 MkII and I find it has a very great sound. Thank you if somebody can hep me. Perhaps i's not a Logic issue ? Philippe Vial. Lyon.
