yeah. this is exactly why I'm really enjoying Numerology. being able
to manually modulate timing and velocity makes it a lot more
satisfying to get a groove rolling (rather than endlessly tweaking
an event list or groove template). plus doing things like chaining
pitch sequencers gives really cool sounding results that i wouldn't
get to with a more traditional compositional approach.
