The strategy I've been using so far is to patch up soft synths in Numerology, only for monitoring what I'm doing, and record the midi into Logic. After I'm satisfied with my performance (tweaking Numrology) I finish it up the piece in Logic by patching up the same soft synths to the MIDI tracks generated by Numerology. In Numerology you make the settings in the Clock Module.
