Subject: Getting my head around logic.
Message #162661
Ive worked with a number of different recording platforms. But ive never had nearly the difficulty that ive had with logic. And i can pinpoint that by far the most frustrating part about learning. (so frustrating that im am doing my best to not commit homicide) is the fact that the index is so useless. Every application that i have ever looked up in the index to learn its location in the manual no matter how common cannot be found in the index. And though i really have started getting the hang of logic i feel i will never have any real professional grip on it until i read the entire manual cause there is no way the manual can be used as a reference guide. Anyways Im really trying to know what section of logic is the most critical to learn the overall concept of how it works. Would that be the environment? Is knowing it the key to knowing everything else within logic? Is there any other guides to learning logic that i should be looking into? For god sakes, i really dont see the point of why emagic would obviously spend so much manpower in the documention but so little manpower in the manuals index to make all the rest of the documentation soooooo much more useful. It makes me cry. (almost literally)
