Any help or guidance would be appreciated. The reason why your getting output from GarageBand is due to the fact that it uses software instruments to generate sound. When you run a midi device in Logic, the sound will come out of that device rather than the Mac, in your case the D-50. To get sound of Logic you'll need to use one of the software synths. > Also, I did not receive an Emagic Demo CD with my software, yet the > manuals rely heavily on this CD.
