Sometimes a customer will buy a software title.. not realizing it wont work on their 9 year computer.(this actually happens!!) .. If the software supplier is in a rather good mood - they can usually let us send back the open box with everything intact.. and will reseal the package. Again, as long as you have the key and the software is not registered to someone elses name - you're fine. Because you're paying for the licence of use, not the box. NP
