Hi A shot in the dark...I don't have either plug in. But, do you per chance have any of the native instruments plugins installed? I had a similar problem, and when I deleted the original VST plug in for FM7, my problem went away. the VST-AU wrapper had created a "wrapped version anyway" and/or if there is an AU version the vst is not needed.
