To keep them in "live" mode you can just do the following: - Insert an "I/O" plugin - Open the UI of the I/O pluigin and setup *any* in and out - Bypass the plugin Now just cable your incoming MIDI signal to those instruments and set up appropriate MIDI channels in their object parameter boxes and there you go. It's still making me wonder why there isn't such an option straight on the audio instrument objects themselves. Wasting one plugin slot just for another funny workaround doesn't look too professional... Regards, Sascha
