i'm still using logic 4.7 on my G3 with external scsi drive. it has worked like a dream for years, but often now it crashes as i start to record, with a loud splintering sound. several times i have found a huge file has been instantly created on my seperate, audio only hard drive...between 200 and 400 megabytes! when i play it back its often looped gibberish and sometimes a half speed playback of an earlier file! any body ever encountered this or anything like it? thanks in advance paul
