Chris, I know what you mean but it doesn't quite give the same results. Appling a eq progressivly gives a much smoother effect. I also like to add a touch of distortion which is even harder to achieve that way. The sound you get from applying a touch of distortion 15 times over vs applying more distortion just the once is very different. Thanks for tip though.
