Forgive me in advance but I'm stuck and the manual isn't helping my newbie mind. I have an autoload file that has worked without a problem for a month. Yesterday, I recorded on one track and then went to track 2 only to find that my Emu keyboard was recording midi (controller?) data on that track. I turn off the midi input on the audio object and I see sound but I can't play it. I see it but can't play it. Even when the midi controller input is hooked up, I see VU meters move (in the object) but only get midi notes on the screen. I think it is a function of the controller but don't know why if I tell the object that I'm using audio input from my 2408/3 input 3 that it would monitor midi and not the keyboard output sound only. Shouldn't I be able to generate new audio objects that default to a 2408/3 input channel and hit record? Lost in space.... Brian
