Bus objects show higher levels when driven by Sends, but do not forward this to the connected Aux. Inserts in the Bus operate only *until* the 'forbidden' send loop is assigned, even across more than one Bus/Aux combo. This is so consistent, that i can hardly take it as an oversight. But then, what do i know. As soon as we dare to tread the line, we are rigorously called back like the watchdog on its chain. I do not like this.
