Subject: Creating a Ping Pong delay using Logic's Environment
Message #158189
Hi, I've been trying to create a ping delay incorporating an eq to progessivly alter the sound. What I've done is set up two Aux channels (1&2) with inputs set to busses (1&2 respectivly). I've then use a sends to go from Aux 1 to Bus 2, and Aux 2 to Bus 1. Each Aux has a delay plug-in. This doesn't seem to work, once the signal gets to the point where is has to loop back round it gets lost. Is this some sort of restriction in Logic or is there a setting I am overlooking? I've tried simplifying the configuration but using just a single bus and aux (no left-right ping pong, just progressive eqing) but this doesn't work either... it's as if logic doesn't allow you to loop the singal back round. Thanks, Tas.
