For more advanced arpeggio use, try Numerology http://www.five12.com/.
Numerology can be synced to Logic and midi generated by Numerology step
sequencers or arpeggiators can be piped into into a Logic midi track, over
OSX Midi Core. Then, in Logic, "split bi midi channel" and drop
the midi
parts on tracks running Logic softsynths.
