Hi again, Well Sandi, I use the moterboard J-6ZXAS. Guessing that "J" stands for "JET" is perfectly right ; )). Actually I ordered the machine with a BX6 but this Swedish company delivered it to me with this J.6ZXAS indstead : ( . Sometimes I think that my "CPU to slow..." messages in 4.1.1 originates from this no-name MB. Anyone heard of it before? I disabled the built in "Soundblaster compatible audio chip" by removing a jumper directly on the board. After that the system performed a bit better, but I still think it should do much better than that with a Celeron 400 @ 450, AW8, AWE64G and 128 mb RAM. Do any of you more experienced Audio PC People think that my motherboard is the weak link? Sandi, what did you post on "Asus conflict"? I'm afraid I missed that one.
